What to Expect
Transportation
You will meet your guide at Dinosaur Journey Museum in Fruita, 15 minutes west of Grand Junction. Be sure to check your GPS for your exact distance and drive time. If you are late this may very well cut your Immersion time short. From there, your guide will shuttle you to the outdoor meditation site. There will be a short hike to get away from the road.
*Please let us know if you have any physical restrictions so we can accommodate and plan beforehand.
Weather and climate conditions
We are in the high desert region. This means that the weather conditions can change quickly. The most mild times to visit are spring and fall. Winter can be very cold with highs in the 30’s and 40’s. Summer can range from high 80’s to high 90’s. All seasons here have their own magical qualities. Only a severe downpour would affect the tour and you would have the option to reschedule or get a full refund.
What to bring
Absolutely bring water!! With the fluctuations in weather, layers are an excellent idea. Sunscreen, hat and sunglasses are a must. Wear closed toed shoes, there will be a short walk to get to your Immersion location. Feel free to pack a snack for yourself if needed. Absolutely bring water!!
The most important thing to bring with you is the intention to fully open up to your guide, the energies of nature, and your higher self. We are looking forward to working with and getting to know you out on the land!
